Definition

GDP measures the total value of goods and services produced within a country. It's a key indicator of economic health. Strong GDP growth typically strengthens a currency, while weak growth can weaken it.

Example

If US GDP grows 3% annually while EU GDP grows 1%, USD might strengthen against EUR due to stronger economic performance.
