Definition

RSI is a momentum oscillator that measures the speed and magnitude of price changes. It ranges from 0 to 100, with readings above 70 indicating overbought conditions and below 30 indicating oversold conditions.

Example

If EUR/USD RSI reaches 80, it might be overbought and due for a pullback. RSI below 20 might indicate oversold conditions and a potential bounce.
