What are the steps to open a trading account?
Sign up for free. It takes about 5 minutes and you will need a photo of your passport or drivers license.

No, this is not required if you have already opened an account.

How can I check the status of my account?

I can't log in to my account.
If you are unable to log in to your account, there are two main reasons for this
. 1: The new account is not reflected in the deposit.
. Milton has a lock on all new accounts. In order to unlock and log in, your account will need to reflect funds.
2: Your login information is incorrect.
Please double-check the email you received from Milton with your login information.
When copying and pasting your account number and password, please make sure there are no spaces before or after.
Please make sure you have chosen the correct server.
If you have tried the above and are still unable to log in, please contact customer support.

How can I withdraw the Welcome Bonus and the generated profits?
The followings are withdrawal conditions of $50 no deposit bonus and the profits generated using the bonus:
1) A minimum deposit ($300) must be made within 30days from the date of $50 no deposit bonus is given.
2) The trading volume in the relevant real trading Account reaches at least 10 lots with major and minor forex pairs within 90 days from the date of the first deposit.

When does rollover occur?
Rollover occurs at 22:00 GMT everyday.

How can I access my trading report?
You can generate the report on your trading activity on the trading platform. Simply right-click "Account history" in the MT4 terminal window, set the time period (e.g. 1 year, 1 month, 1 week) by selecting "Custom period", and then right-click on "Save report". -
My trade was closed but the trading platform doesn't show that price on the candlestick chart.
On the MT4 platform, the chart is based on the price of the BID.
Outside of normal market conditions, the spreads we offer may be so wide
that there may be occasions when the market is settled in areas of the
a chart that does not exist.

Yes, we allow hedge trading on our platform. -
Can I change the currency type of my trading account?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the currency denomination of an existing account. You will need to open an additional account in your customer portal.

Can my account go negative?
Yes, your account may go negative in some rare cases. Please contact support if this happens. -
What is stop loss?
Stop loss is an order for closing a previously opened position at a price less profitable for the client than the price at the time of placing the stop loss. Stop loss is a limit point that you set to your order. Once this limit point is reached, your order will be closed. Please note that you need to leave certain distances from the current market price when you set up stop/limit orders.

"What is the maximum leverage? How do I change my leverage?"
The max leverage for an account is 1000:1 using the Smart Account. You can change the leverage of your trading account in the Customer Portal.

Can I trade during news announcements?
Yes, your account may go negative in some rare cases. Please contact support if this happens. -
What is margin / margin level / free margin?
Margin is the required amount in the base currency of the trading account needed to open or maintain a position. When trading forex, the Required/Used Margin for a specific position = Number of Lots * Contract size / Leverage. Here the result is originally calculated in the first currency of the traded pair and then converted into the base currency of your trading account, which will be numerically displayed on your MT4, or any other trading platform. The margin requirement for gold land silver is calculated like this: Lots * Contract Size * Market Price / Leverage. The result will be in USD, which will be converted into the base currency of your trading account (in case it is other than USD). For CFDs, the required margin is Lots * Contract Size * Opening Price * Margin Percentage. The result will be in USD, which will be converted into the base currency of your trading account (in case it is other than USD). Margin level is calculated with the formula Equity/Margin * 100%

How can I calculate 1 pip of profit or loss?
Amount of Base Currency*Pips= Value in Quote Currency
Value of 1 pip in EUR/USD= 1 Lot (100 000 €)*0.0001= 10 USD
Value of 1 pip in USD/CHF= 1 Lot (100 000 $)*0.0001=10 CHF
Value of 1 pip in EUR/JPY=1 Lot (100 000 €)*0.01= 1000 JPY -
Do you have slippage?
Slippages hardly ever occur in our trading platform. Sometimes, however, especially when important economic news is released, due to a sharp rise/fall in the market price, your order may be filled at a different rate than you requested. -
Why are rollover rates tripled on Wednesdays?
When placing a trade in the spot forex market, the actual value date is two days forward, for instance, a deal done on Thursday is for value Monday, a deal done on Friday is for value Tuesday, and so on. On Wednesday, the rollover amount is tripled to compensate for the following weekend (during which time rollover is not charged because trading is stopped at weekends). -
How many lots can I place?
You can place up tio 50 lots per position. -
What is one-click trading? How can I enable it?
One-click trading allows you to open positions with just one click. When you want to close a position, however, one click does not work and you will need to close it manually.
To enable one-click trading on the left corner of your chart, you will find an arrow. By clicking that arrow you enable one-click trading and a window appears on the left corner of the chart. -
How do I add an expert advisor?
To add an expert advisor (EA), first you need to open the MT4 Client Terminal, click on File on the top navigation menu, and click Open Data Folder in the drop-down menu. In the open Data Folder click on MQL4 and Experts. The Experts folder is where you can add the expert advisors (EAs). Paste the .mq4 or .ex4 EA file into the Experts folder. Once you are ready with this, restart the MT4 platform by closing it and then reopening it. -
Can I change the time zone in MetaTrader?
No, you can’t. The time zone of our trading servers is always GMT.
GMT time setting avoids having small candlesticks on Sundays and therefore allows the running of technical analysis and backtesting to go more smoothly and straightforward. -
What are ASK prices and BID prices? And how can I see the open and close prices on the chart?
All buy orders will be opened at the ASK price, and the order will be closed at the BID price.
All sell orders will be opened with an order at the BID price, and the order will be closed at the ASK price.
In MT4, by default, only the BID price is set to be displayed on the chart; to see the ASK price, right-click on the chart and click, Properties > Common> Show Ask line.

If I don't trade with the account, is there a fee?
All accounts will be treated as dormant accounts after 60 days from the date of the last trade/withdrawal/transfer of funds.
All remaining bonuses, credits, etc. will be automatically deducted from the account at that time.
The dormant account will also have 30USD / 30EUR / 3000JPY deducted from the balance each month.
If the balance is insufficient, the account will be deactivated. -
Will the account be deactivated when the account balance reaches zero?
Trading accounts with a zero balance for 30 days will be deactivated.
Once an account has been deactivated, it cannot be used again. If you wish to trade again, you will need to apply for an additional account and then create a trading account. -
What is your execution rate and speed?
We do not reject or re-quote trades, and we are committed to providing 100% execution.
On average, your orders are executed in less than 0.1 seconds. -
Where can I see the total lots I have traded?
Please log in to MT4 and go to the 'terminal' window where you would normally see your account balance.
Choose the 'account history' tab at the bottom. Right-click within to choose custom dates, and save these reports to your computer if needed. -
How much leverage can I get?
Smart Accounts: up to 1000:1*
Elite Account: up to 200:1.
Elite Plus account: up to 200:1.
*The Smart Account offers up to 1000:1 leverage based on your balance. -
Can the leverage of the Smart Account change?
We make changes to your account leverage based on your account balance. Once an account has been lowered under the leverage limit, you will need to submit a request to raise it again on your Customer Portal page. -
How can I use my Elite account and Elite Plus account?
Elite and Elite Plus accounts are available when you meet the respectively designated account balances.

MT4 stands for MetaTrader4 and it is the trading platform we offer. -
I can't log into MT4.
Accounts that have not traded for more than 30 days and have a zero balance will be automatically deactivated.
If you wish to resume trading, please request an additional account from customer portal. -
What is a "read-only password/Investorpassword"?
With this password, you will be logged in as a read-only account with no trading permission. -
I want to reissue the password for Customer Portal.

Will this build support Apple Mac with M1 Chip?
Due to the relatively early stage in ARM-based existence, these Macs do not fully support MetaTrader 4 that we offer. You can still run MT4 on Intel-based, 64-Bit Macs on Big Sur & Catalina.

Will you offer MetaTrader 5 for macOS Catalina & Big Sur?
We are are working on MT5 version, it will be released sometime in 2021.

Is it safe to run unverified MetaTrader 4 on macOS Catalina & Big Sur?
Absolutely, unfortunately, since MetaQuotes holds the unique "App Developers Key" for MetaTrader 4 & 5, we are not able to "calm-apple" down, but make no mistake, the macOS version is as safe as windows, if not more for macOS general architecture is near-bulletproof when it comes to malware and hacks.
